The Tange's | Family Session

The great thing about outdoor sessions is that it allows the little ones to run around and not be crabby in a small studio.  The downside of outdoor sessions is that it allows the little ones to run around ;)  ... Bellah, being a typical two year old was much more interested in her surroundings then my camera, but occasionally she would slow down just long enough for me to get a smile (or silly face).  I have to give her credit though, she (and her mom and dad) stayed in a great mood even though it was a windy, cool November day.  A big congratulations to Jen and Eric ... as you'll see in the photos ... Bellah is set to become a BIG SISTER!

Ashley + Greg | Engagement Session

Drake alums and Hawkeye fans ... what more could I ask for?!  Ashley and Greg are such a sweet (and quiet) couple.  You can tell that they are a perfect match in every way, evening handling (with grace) living apart while Greg works in Rochester and Ashley works in Des Moines.  Congratulations on the engagement and the new house guys!  I guarantee your wedding next summer will be gorgeous!

Allie + Sean | Engagement Session

After rescheduling Allie and Sean's e-session twice, the third time was a charm :)  We spent some time right around the Science Center on a not-quite-chilly November evening and only had a little bit of sunlight to work with which made it a bit challenging. However, both Allie and Sean kept a smie on their face the entire time (which I appreciated).  I am sure these two will have a gorgeous wedding this spring!

Alexis! | Senior Session

Talk about a fantastic session!  I always get a little nervous before a shoot where I don't know the person I am shooting, nor do I know anything about them.  However, as soon as Alexis and her mom stepped out of the car with big smiles on their faces, I knew it was going to be a great shoot.  Alexis brought such cute outfits (and accessories!) and was up for anything.  Her perfect attitude paired with a beautiful November day = great photos!
