Adde is soooo tiny! I'm not surprised considering Katie (see maternity session) was so little herself. Being so little - she wanted to stay bundled up and with her mom most of the session. We still got some cute pictures of her adorable little face. Congrats again to Katie and Justin :)
Eliana (Elie) is one of those newborns that parents dream about. She barely fussed (except when cold), was perfectly alert, wants to snuggle, and is absolutely adorable. It's always wonderful to see first time parents with their child as you can see the happiness, pride and love in their eyes. It is crazy how much a child can impact everyone around them. Congratulations Matt and Megan - she is beautiful.
Aubrey's first photo shoot didn't go exactly as her mom and dad (or I) had planned - Aubrey was not a happy camper for most of the shoot (she did fall asleep right before I left). Regardless if it is a sleeping baby or a screaming baby - it's a baby, and babies are adorable! Congratulations Mark and Michelle on your precious little girl! I look forward to working with you again in the future.
Little Haydyn was awake for almost our entire session and could not decide whether she wanted to like the camera or not. Like most newborns, she was just trying to figure out what was going on around her and get comfortable with it. One thing was for sure, she loved being naked in the bean bag and had some of the sweetest, most thoughtful expressions.
Little Noah was wide awake for *almost* the entire session and was probably the most well behaved newborn I've encountered :) He got tons of kisses and you can tell just how proud his mommy and daddy are of their little man. I can't wait to capture more of him as he grows!
My friend, Victoria, had her little girl back in April and I was lucky enough to go visit them both at the hospital and snap a few informal shots. When Vic got back to work from maternity leave, I was reminded that I still hadn't really looked through these. I finally snuck a few minutes to edit them - verdict is, she's a keeper :)
